Babolat AeroPro Drive Plus Racquet

Babolat AeroPro Drive Plus

The AeroPro Drive Plus is very similar to the AeroPro Drive used by Rafa. The primary difference is the length of the racquet, where this racquet is .5 inches longer and measures 27.5 inches. This allows for generation of some extra speed on your swing and also more spin, but it is a very stiff racquet at 72 and may be less forgiving of off-center shots than the standard length version. The extra length also gives you a better angle for serves and can eliminate some of the edge taller players may have against you.

The AeroModular technology aid your swingspeed as it helps the racquet to slice through the air during high powered swings. Woofer grommets are increasing the dwell time of the tennis ball on the strings and this adds to the control and feel of each and every shot. The Cortex technology is easily visible where the frame and handle intersects, and this also enhances your feel as vibrations are filtered from the frame.

This 100 square inch racquet is versatile and can be used by any player from the 3.5 NTRP level and up to pro level. Jo-Wilfried Tsonga is a great example of a pro using this racquet. You do not have to be a power hitter like Tsonga, as the AeroPro Drive Plus easily generates some power in all areas of the court.
